Scope
swissummit.com provides all services exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). These apply to the ordering and delivery of goods via the Internet or in written form. By submitting an order via bsocks.ch, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Prices
The prices displayed in the online shop are binding.
The prices displayed in the shopping cart immediately before submitting the order apply exclusively to the ordered items.
The prices include the statutory VAT for Switzerland, which is displayed in the shopping cart.

Vouchers
No more than one voucher can be used in one order (not cumulative).

Contract and purchase conclusion
By completing an order process and sending one or more orders to bsocks.ch, a contractual relationship exists between swissummit.com and you in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
Either party may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. A declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing within 30 days with a receipt; this can also be done explicitly by email.

Complaints about defects
You can submit a complaint immediately upon receipt of the goods. swissummit.com undertakes to replace defective goods within a reasonable time or to refund the purchase price. You must return the defective goods to bsocks.ch in unused condition.

Delivery
We typically ship within 1-2 business days, so you'll receive your order quickly. At swissummit.com, your satisfaction is our priority, and we pride ourselves on meeting your sock needs with speed and efficiency.
If certain items are not immediately available due to high demand, you will be informed of the expected delivery period by email.

pay
This will be done as requested in the web shop. Unpaid goods remain the property of swissummit.com until full payment is received. Advance payment in the e-shop is possible via the offered credit cards/wallet or PayPal systems.

Warranties
Swiss law expressly applies; warranties must be sent by registered mail to bsocks.ch.
If there are quality complaints, a simple email is sufficient.

Data protection
All data will be treated confidentially in accordance with Swiss data protection laws and used only for business purposes. It will not be forwarded or made available to third parties. We will regularly inform you about new developments, special events, and promotional activities via our newsletter. If you do not wish to receive this information, you can notify us in writing or unsubscribe from these services using the link within our communications. All data transmitted via swissummit.com (except for the payment transaction) is unencrypted. bsocks.ch cannot accept any liability for the security of data transmitted over the internet.

Severability clause, right to change
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or incomplete, or should their fulfillment become impossible, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The contracting parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a valid and permissible provision that, in terms of its content, comes closest to the original intention and the economic purpose pursued thereby. All changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in a form that allows for proof by text, such as email. This also applies to a change to the written form requirement. swissummit.com may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be communicated to you by email or other suitable means online. As soon as you use services from bsocks.ch after the change, you implicitly agree to the new Terms and Conditions. Any differing contractual terms of the customer, including those that you declare applicable upon acceptance of the contract, shall not become part of the contract. They are only valid if and to the extent that they have been expressly accepted by bsocks.ch in writing.

Applicable law/place of jurisdiction
All legal issues directly or indirectly related to bsocks.ch are subject exclusively to Swiss law at the jurisdiction of Küssnacht am Rigi.
