To return items for return or exchange, please use the following address:

To ensure we can process your delivery, please enclose the invoice or delivery note and state the reason for the return. The same applies if you request an exchange or replacement.

After receiving the completed return form, we will process your case as quickly as possible:
(If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery, please attach a picture to expedite the return process.)


Return conditions
Please note that we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

franking
The return must be sufficiently stamped and sent in the original packaging within the return period.

Item condition
We require that the items submitted for return are unused, undamaged, and unwashed. Items that have already been worn, used, or washed cannot be returned.

Custom-made products
However, custom-made items, items made to special measurements, in special colors or other customer-specific changes are excluded from the right of return.
